He’s still got it.
Harrison Ford first played Indiana Jones in 1981’s “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” and he still had fans — and journalists — swooning in Cannes over four decades later.
At a press conference for Ford’s latest Jones film, “The Dial of Destiny,” one brazen journalist stood up to tell Ford she still finds him “hot.”
She then even brought up a shirtless scene in his final movie playing the swashbuckling archeologist.
“I’ve been blessed with this body,” Ford, 80, joked. “Thanks for noticing.”
When asked during the press conference why it was Ford’s last time wearing the Jones hat, the octogenarian quipped, “Is it not evident?”
He added, “I need to sit down and rest a little bit. I love the work and I love this character, and I love what it brought into my life.”
But Ford then reiterated several times during the press conference how much he loves to work. “I’m real happy with age,” he said. “I love being older. It was great to be young, but s–t, I could be dead and I am still working so go figure.”
The star was also given an honorary Palme d’Or award at the Cannes Film Festival.
Before the premiere screening of “The Dial of Destiny,” the fest played a sizzle reel of Ford as Indy, whom the 80-year-old has been playing since he was 37.
“I’m very touched, I’m very moved by this,” Ford said at the premiere. “They say when you’re about to die you see your life flash before your eyes, and I just saw my life flash before my eyes.”
Ford went on to thank his wife, Calista Flockhart, who was in the crowd.
“My life has been enabled by my lovely wife, who has supported my passion and my dreams, and I’m grateful,” he said.
Ford and Flockhart have been married since 2002.
Following a standing ovation from the crowd, which included Karlie Kloss, Gemma Chan and “Stranger Things” star Charlie Heaton, Ford, Flockhart, Mads Mikkelsen and the rest of the cast head to the Carlton Beach for an after party.
Also making the rounds at the bash was Disney boss Bob Iger.
Star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, who costars in the film, made a rare appearance with her longtime boyfriend, “The Banshees of Inisherin” director, Martin McDonagh.
The “Fleabag” actress was spotted chatting and smoking in the VIP section. Very French!
